Personal data is processed every time a website is accessed.

Websites must therefore provide data protection information that can be accessed from every page with a single click. The information must be provided in a generally understandable form and at the beginning of the usage process.
Missing or incomplete data protection information constitutes a violation of the GDPR and may be subject to a fine.
